Memestock IndexThe leading memecoin for every tokenized-stock pairing, wherever it trades, bought and held. Funded by a 2% fee on every buy and sell.

Investment objective

The Memestock Index seeks to build and hold a portfolio of the leading memecoins paired with tokenized stocks — the largest coin trading against NVDA, the largest against BABA, and so on — on Pons or anywhere else they trade. Purchases are funded entirely by a 2% fee on every buy and sell of $MSI, which goes to the treasury. The fund does not sell. Holdings are not chosen in advance; they are published here as they are bought.

1 Net assets = Σ units × last USD price, from GeckoTerminal in your browser at the time shown. Excludes unswept fees.

2 NAV per token = net assets ÷ $MSI supply. Informational; $MSI is not redeemable.

3 Sector = the tokenized stock a holding is paired against. The fund holds no stocks.

4 0.00% on holdings. The fund is paid by the 2% fee on trading its own token.

5 ✓ = the treasury's on-chain balance covers the ledger units, read live via RPC.

6 All-time creator fees credited to the treasury by Pons, in the quote asset, valued at today's price. Spent = Σ ledger cost. Unspent = the difference.

Methodology & important information
As of —Robinhood Chain · Pons · $MSI

Methodology

  1. Fees accrue. Every buy and every sell of $MSI carries a 2% fee, paid to the fund's treasury wallet in the quote token $MSI is paired with.
  2. Fees are swept. When the balance is large enough that gas is a rounding error — roughly daily — the treasury spends it.
  3. A holding is chosen. The manager identifies the leading memecoin for a stock pairing: the largest, most-traded coin quoted in a given tokenized stock, on Pons or on any other venue. Selection is discretionary. There is no list in advance.
  4. The fund buys. One purchase, wherever the coin trades, from the treasury wallet. The transaction hash is public.
  5. The purchase is recorded. Date, coin, stock pairing, amount spent, units received, transaction. It appears on the Schedule of Investments and the fact sheet updates.
  6. The fund holds. There is no step six.

What "Memestock" means

On Robinhood Chain, memecoins launch against tokenized stocks rather than against ETH — a dog coin quoted in NVDA, a country coin quoted in BABA. Each stock becomes a sector, and each sector grows its own leader. The Memestock Index is a portfolio of those leaders. The stock is the pairing; the meme is the holding. The fund owns the memes.

Glossary

Net assets
The USD value of everything in the treasury, at the last price, excluding unswept fees.
NAV per token
Net assets divided by the $MSI supply. What one token would be "worth" if the fund were redeemable. It is not.
Premium / discount
How far the market price of $MSI sits above or below NAV per token. Above is a premium. Below is a discount. Either is a conversation.
Sector
The tokenized stock a holding is paired against, on whichever venue it trades.
Fee
2% of every $MSI buy and every $MSI sell, to the treasury. Not a Pons fee; the token's own.
Sweep
Moving accrued fees from "fees" to "a holding".

Principal risks

  • Principal risk. Memecoins may lose all of their value. Most do.
  • Concentration risk. The fund may hold very few positions. At inception it held none.
  • Liquidity risk. Holdings trade on bonding curves and thin pools. The fund does not sell, so this is largely theoretical, which is also a risk.
  • Manager risk. Holdings are selected by one person, who is also the person who launched the fund's token, who is also the person who wrote this document.
  • Structural risk. Holders of $MSI own $MSI. They do not own the fund's holdings, have no claim on them, and cannot redeem. The figure labelled NAV is informational.
  • Fee dependency. Purchases are funded by the 2% trading fee, which depends on people trading $MSI. If nobody trades, nothing is bought. If everybody trades, something is bought. Sellers fund the fund too.
  • Tokenized stock risk. "Stock" refers to the tokenized equities the holdings are paired against, not to anything the fund holds. The fund holds no stocks. The fund holds memecoins named after things adjacent to stocks.
  • Everything else. Smart-contract risk, chain risk, key-management risk, the manager losing interest, and the possibility that this is very funny for about a week.

Important information

This document is a website. It is styled as a fund fact sheet because that is the joke. The Memestock Index is not a registered investment company, exchange-traded fund, or fund of any kind. It is a memecoin with a public ledger.

Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation, or advice of any sort. Figures are computed in your browser from the ledger in this site's data.json and from public price feeds (GeckoTerminal) and Robinhood Chain RPC, and may be wrong, delayed, or both. The ledger is maintained by hand. Past performance is not indicative of future results; neither, frankly, is present performance.

Holdings are marked at the last trade on their most liquid pool and are not what the fund would receive if it sold, which it will not.
